Come on over to the Rec! You don't have to spend all your time in the weight room to get fit. Being active is a key component to a healthy lifestyle. So come on over -- and play. Shoot some hoops, play some ping pong or enjoy the pool. But when you are ready to step it up, even a little bit, we will have something you can enjoy. Check out what we offer in each of our programming areas. There are activities almost year-round in aquatics, fitness, intramurals, sport clubs, adaptive recreation and outdoors.
